Abstract

The proliferation of healthcare data in sensor cloud environments raises concerns regarding privacy and secure access. Conventional systems struggle with confidentiality, scalability, and precise access control. This paper presents a comprehensive security framework integrating multi-authority attribute-based encryption and zero-knowledge proofs to protect healthcare data while ensuring efficiency and integrity in collaborative monitoring systems.
