Abstract
This research offers an innovative approach to food freshness detection by integrating IoT and AI-driven sensors in smart packaging. Sensors continuously track key parameters such as temperature, gas composition, and visual changes, transmitting data via an IoT network. An AI-ML system processes this information with high accuracy, helping consumers make informed decisions about food quality through real-time smartphone updates. The study highlights how this method can revolutionize the food industry, minimizing waste, extending shelf life, and enhancing public health.
