Abstract
This study examines the integration of cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems in the healthcare industry, focusing on how they enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and corporate synergy. Cloud-based CRM solutions provide real-time departmental access and centralized patient data, enabling streamlined communication and improved decision-making. Using quantitative and qualitative techniques—including data modeling and case study analysis—the study assesses the strategic advantages of cloud-based CRM implementations. Key performance metrics show improvements in system uptime, data processing speed, and patient satisfaction. The proposed CRM framework integrates enhanced encryption, patient engagement optimization, and resource allocation models, strengthening security and operational efficiency in healthcare organizations.
