The rise of Internet of Things (IoT) technology has significantly impacted various sectors, especially healthcare and education. We compare the accuracy of smart devices with clinical-grade equipment, showcasing their reliability and potential for enhancing healthcare outcomes. Additionally, we discuss how IoT can address academic stress among students, highlighting the need for personalized interventions and support systems.
