Abstract

This work focuses on solving problems within the electricity billing system that lead to customer dissatisfaction and financial losses for utility companies. The integration of IoT technology incorporates hardware components such as a three-phase electric meter, ESP8266, and relay, which facilitate connectivity, remote control, and real-time monitoring. Additionally, software components include a user interface, Arduino IDE for programming, and an Android application for mobile access. This combination results in an innovative solution for efficient energy management, providing enhanced control and visibility within a smart prepaid meter system.
