Abstract
Smart Tourism Information Chatbot tailored for the city of Nellore. Leveraging the Rasa framework, the chatbot aims to enhance the tourism experience by providing real-time information on attractions, events, and historical sites. The methodology involves data collection, Rasa NLU and Core model training, seamless integration with Nellore’s tourism data, and iterative UI design for optimal user interaction. The user-friendly interface prioritizes intuitive navigation, conversational interactions, and personalized responses. Usability testing and continuous refinement ensure the chatbot effectively meets user needs, contributing to the advancement of smart tourism solutions in Nellore.
