Abstract

Chatbots or virtual assistants are widely used across industries, reducing human intervention and improving efficiency. While smart assistants such as Alexa and Google Assistant provide generic responses, they often lack specialized support for students’ academic queries. This paper presents a chatbot built using the Rasa framework to assist students with timetables, syllabus inquiries, test dates, and online class links. The chatbot enhances accessibility for students engaged in online learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic, improving academic support through AI-driven automation.
