Software testing is vital for fintech, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance. This paper examines the challenges, opportunities, and methodologies used in fintech-specific software testing, covering areas such as algorithmic trading, digital banking platforms, payment gateways, and blockchain applications. It also investigates how AI, machine learning, and distributed ledger technology reshape fintech testing strategies. The study explores testing complex financial algorithms, stress-testing transaction processing systems, and ensuring API interoperability. The paper presents a roadmap to strengthen fintech testing practices, emphasizing automation, continuous deployment, and data-driven approaches.
