Abstract

The proposed project, “AI-Powered Study Helper for Dyslexic Students,” aims to develop an intelligent educational tool tailored for dyslexic students. Dyslexia is a learning disability that affects word recognition, spelling, and decoding, impacting academic performance and self-esteem. This AI-powered study helper utilizes natural language processing (NLP) to convert text into speech, improving accessibility. The tool integrates speech-to-text functionality, customizable fonts, and background colors optimized for dyslexic learners. Additionally, interactive quizzes, flashcards, real-time summaries, and a progress tracking system enhance comprehension and retention. The tool’s intuitive design ensures a user-friendly experience, reducing cognitive load while focusing on personalized learning enhancements. By leveraging AI, this project aims to provide dyslexic students with an adaptive and transformative educational companion.
