Abstract
Translucent concrete, also known as light-emitting concrete, is a modern material capable of transmitting light through plastic tubes. This study explores its unique features such as reduced weight, low density, and thermal conductivity, making it ideal for faster and cost-effective construction. Experimental results indicate an increase of 5% to 10% in compressive strength at 7 days, and 10% to 15% at 28 days, with a plastic tubes mix of up to 3%.
