Abstract

With blockchain technology, it is possible to create a decentralized, continuously expandable list of bookings where property ownership and transactions are securely documented. This study explores how distributed ledger technology enhances transparency and efficiency in land registration systems. By verifying past transactions, new entries build upon prior data, eliminating errors and disputes. The proposed system can expedite ownership transfers and streamline legal validation, reducing paperwork and ensuring security in land transactions.
