Abstract

Human Resources (HR) are the backbone of any company. To acquire top-quality HR, organizations require a structured recruitment process. PT Digikidz Indonesia, operating in the educational sector, faces challenges in hiring the best-fit employees due to subjective evaluation methods and lack of weighted recruitment criteria. This research introduces a decision support system (DSS) employing the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Profile Matching methods to improve selection precision. AHP determines the weight of criteria, while Profile Matching ranks candidates, making recruitment decisions more data-driven. Implementing this system allows PT Digikidz Indonesia to streamline hiring, matching candidates effectively to required positions.
