At IJET, we value your trust and investment in our journal. Our IJET Cancellation and Refund Policy is crafted to be transparent and fair, ensuring that authors are fully informed before making any payment or final submission. Below are the key highlights of our policy:

  • Acceptance of Terms: Authors must accept IJET’s Terms and Conditions during both initial and final submission, as well as sign the Author Declaration Form. This ensures clarity and mutual agreement before proceeding.
  • Withdrawal Before Final Submission: If you decide to cancel your publication with IJET after making payment but before completing your final submission, a processing fee of Rs.980 INR or $45 USD will be deducted from your refund.
  • No Refund After Final Submission or Publication: Once you have completed your final submission or your paper has been published, no refund will be issued. This is because IJET incurs costs for peer review, technical editing, and publication processes.
  • Freedom to Publish Elsewhere: If you withdraw your article before final submission, IJET will have no objection to you publishing your work in another journal.

Step-by-Step Submission and Refund Process

  1. Initial Submission: Submit your manuscript and review the IJET Terms and Conditions.
  2. Author Declaration: Complete and sign the Author Declaration Form.
  3. Payment: Make the required payment after acceptance.
  4. Final Submission: Complete your final manuscript submission.
  5. Publication: Your article is published and indexed.
  6. Cancellation/Refund: If you wish to withdraw before final submission, contact us at editorijetjournal@gmail.com. Refunds (minus the processing fee) are processed within 7-10 business days.
