In this investigation Al 7050 an Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr alloy having good mechanical properties is consider as base material with reinforcement of titanium oxide at various percentage level as 2% and 4%. The present work deals with the development and evaluate the mechanical properties such as hardness, tensile strength, compression strength and microstructure and compared Stir casting process were adopted for fabricating the composite.
