This modern age demands the lightweight materials with very high strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance property for various industries i.e. aerospace, automobile, sports, etc. These requirements can’t be fulfilled by the monolithic alloy or conventional materials. Metal Matrix Composite (MMC) overcomes these limitations of the monolithic alloys because MMCs have desired properties like high strength to weight ratio, good mechanical as well as good tribological properties and due to its advantageous properties MMCs are used for automobile & aircraft. The use of MMCs reduces the power requirement and also gives low emission and low noise. This article focused on the various techniques developed for the fabrication of AMMCs by the no. of researchers in the last few decades. These methods are either liquid state processing or solid-state processing. In the case of weight-saving requirements, researchers used AMMCs due to its light-weight property. Reference [1] R. M.
