JAGSRC: Joint Analysis Gain for short-range communication in Wireless Sensor Networks of 5G Wireless Communications - G. Jagga Rao
Abstract
In this paper, we look at the co-occasion issue between Wi-Fi and a pre-standard sort of LTE over unlicensed gatherings, particularly, LTE-Unlicensed (LTE-U). We address two simultaneousness issues. To begin with, the particular access instruments for Wi-Fi and LTE-U can provoke an extension of the effective rate and higher idleness for the two systems. We propose an adjusted Wi-Fi movement modeI, e Joint Analysis Gain for short-range communication (JAGSRC) whereby Wi-Fi stations (STAs) do simultaneous range distinguishing and transmission to decrease the time required for affect disclosure. Specifically, we propose and look at a full-duplex (FD) based disclosure framework that can isolate between Wi-Fi and LTE-U signals while thinking about remaining self-deterrent. Second, the ability to isolate between Wi-Fi and LTE-U signals rouses changing the sensible channel assessment (CCA) edge as demonstrated by the kind of the recognized banner. Animated by best in class Wi-Fi models (e.g., IEEE 802.11ax), we propose a JAGSRC restrain alteration design and concentrate by methods for generations it's optimal setting to grow the spatial reuse while keeping up tolerability between LTE-U and Wi-Fi structures. JAGSRC is to reduce error rate compared to existing methodology and it is also very accurate. Abstract
The aim this paper is to study An Unsteady MHD free convection flow of casson fluid past an exponentially accelerated infinite vertical plate through porous media in the presence of thermal radiation and heat source or sink. Also the first order chemical reactions are taking into an account .At the same time, the plate temperature and concentration of the plate are raised to T_w^* andC_w^* The system of partial differential equation are solved by the analytically by using Laplace Transform Technique procedure. The results for various fields like velocity, temperature, and concentration are displayed and discussed. Numerical values of the skin friction coefficient, the Nusselt number and the Sherwood number for different values of physical parameters are constructed and analyzed. The convergence of the series solutions is examined. The velocity profiles decrease with increases the values of magnetic parameter, Prandtl number, heat source, thermal radiation and Casson parameter. Analysis and Design of A Quay Berthing Structure - S.Nagarjuna , S.Shamshad Begum
Abstract
The structures which are constructed for the intention of berthing and mooring of vessels to facilitate loading and unloading of cargo and also for embarking and disembarking of passengers or vehicles etc. is called berthing structure. Various factors influence the analysis and design of the berthing structures. The berthing structures are designed for dead load, live load, berthing force, mooring force, earthquake load and other environmental loading due to winds, waves, currents etc. In the present study, a proposed berthing structure EQ-10 is taken for analysis and design .All suitable data is collected from Visakhapatnam port trust and their website like geotechnical data, environmental data, and traffic forecasting data. By using all these data, we planned and modeled a structure. After that we calculated various loads induced on structure and we analyzed the modeled structure in STAAD-PRO due to the typical load distribution on structure. Actually we have trailed with different dimensions for most acceptable structure, in that trailing we concluded that larger diameter pile gets less deflection when compare with smaller diameter piles. Finally the structure was analyzed and designed with resisting of marine conditions and satisfying in the aspect of economical and safety. Algorithms and Challenges in Big Data Clustering- R.Suganya, M. Pavithra, P.Nandhini
Abstract
Big data is data sets that are so big and complex that traditional data-processing application software are inadequate to deal with them.Big Data is usually defined by three characteristics called 3Vs (Volume, Velocity and Variety). It refers to data that are too large, dynamic and complex. In this context, data are difficult to capture, store, manage, and analyze using traditional data management tools. Thus, the new conditions imposed by Big Data present serious challenges at different level, including data clustering. This paper aims to review the state of art and make a concise synthesis related to clustering techniques in Big Data context. Power Quality Improvement using PID Controller Based RPC for High Speed Railway Traction- A.Sanga ,U.Prasad,R.Rohan
Abstract
Traction loads are varying dynamically and as we know the locomotives show the characteristics of non-linearity and single phase electrical loads. Various power quality problems that are generated by the electric traction have an important impact on the present distribution system network. The source of power quality issues such as harmonics sub harmonics negative sequence current, reactive power consumption and load imbalance. The power quality may get worsen if the train is running at higher speeds or trains with a heavier load. To overcome these unbalance power electronics devices can be installed such as Railway power conditioner (RPC) which can mitigate unbalance in the grid as able to reduce the degree of current unbalance significantly. This thesis determines the RPC as effective solution for the railway traction system. Further studies have been done in order to propose a control strategy for RPC along with PID controller to improve power factor, reduce harmonics and unbalance voltage due to current faults. Also, THD level is calculated using FFT analysis which is <5%.The proposed method and technology is tested on MATLAB/SIMULINK environment. Abstract
This paper presents a novel smart meter design with a focus on the peculiarities of energy metering and billing challenges in Nigeria. The smart meter can be remotely configured at the control centre to work in either pre-paid or post-paid mode which allows for flexibility for various types of customers. The microcontroller based meter communicates with the energy company control centre via SMS using the embedded GSM Module. Using an LCD display or the globally accessible web based portal, the customer can track and manage their energy usage according to their financial means. Abstract
The research was conducted to assess the condition of the internal organs (liver, lung, heart, and small intestine) of slaughtered sheep and goat at Bachirawa abattoir in Ungogo local government, Kano state. A total of 23,638 sheep (both sexes) and 36,700 goats (both sexes) were slaughtered between August and October, 2012 which were used for the study. The organs were examined on the spot visually and through palpation or incision to identify abnormalities. Descriptive statistical analysis using simple percentage was used to analyze the data collected. The results indicated that, major pathological conditions were Faciolosis (5.71% in sheep, 4.09% in goats), Tuberculosis (4.32% in sheep 3.13% in goats), Pericarditis (3.86% in sheep 2.76% in goats), Contagious Caprine Pleuro-pneumonia (0.88% in sheep 0.68% in goats)-CCPP, round worms (2.96% in sheep 25.07% in goats) and tape worms (30.98% in sheep 21.66% in goats) infestations. Out of the 12,762 infected organs examined in goats, 990 (66%) liver, 828 (59%) lungs, 712 (70%) heart and 6,240 (70%) small intestine were partially salvaged. While, 510 (34%) liver, 572 (41%) lungs, 300 (30%) heart and 2,610 (30%) whole organs were condemned. In sheep 11,497 were examined and 933 (69%) liver, 799 (65%) lungs, 502 (55%) heart and 5,940 (74%) small intestines were partially salvaged. While, 414 (31%) liver, 428 (35%) lungs, 410 (445%) heart and 2,068 (26%) intestines whole organs condemned. The results of this study revealed the incidence of zoonotic diseases (CCPP and Tuberculosis) and highest occurrence of worm infestation in the slaughtered small ruminant at the abattoir. This necessitates the need for increase in the number of meat inspectors for proper record update which could be used by relevant authority in planning preventive and control programs.
