In this Era the major problem for the humanity is the Physical problems like Deafness, Blindness and etc. This project is used to overcome the People�s problem due to the blindness. It is achieved by creating a ultra-sonic waves same as bats for that HC SR04 Sensors are used to emit the ultra-sonic waves. But it can�t hear by the normal human ears, so the vibration motor is used to sense and that signal received by the ultrasonic sensor and vibrate(in the users leg where it is fixed). Thus the user can sense there is an obstacle in front of him. The Microcontroller controls the whole operation. It sense the timing covered by the ultra-sonic waves and it triggers the vibration motor. All these components fixed in the shoe. Three HC SR04 sensors and three vibration motors are used in this process. The first ultra sonic sensor fixed in front of the shoe and second and third sensor fixed in the sides of the shoe. And the vibration motor fixed in the leg respective to the sensors. The main aim of this study to develop the inverter with low cost which will help in order to achieve the higher efficiency. This reduction of cost is achieved by using flyback inverter topology. The controller performance and inverter design checked by using the simulation result for given particular specification. With help of experimental result it is possible to achieve the efficiency at 86% at full load and power factor which is very close to the unity. Abstract
The project is designed for access control with the help of a password only. A keypad is connected to the project to enter the password. For example, fatal electrical accidents to the line man are increasing day by day during the electric line repair due to lack of communication and co-ordination between the maintenance staff and the electric substation staff. The system is fully controlled by a microcontroller from the 8051 family. A matrix keypad is interfaced to the microcontroller to enter the password. The entered password is compared with the password stored in the EEPROM interfaced to the microcontroller of the 8051 family. If the password entered is correct,then only the line can be turned on/off. Activation / deactivation of the circuit breaker are indicated by a lamp (on/off) provided in the project. Abstract
A simple, precise, rapid and accurate reverse phase HPLC method was developed for the estimation of Mepivacaine drug in Mepivacaine Hydrochloride Injection. Develosil ODS-MG-5, (150 x 4.6 mm), 5�m with mobile phase consisting of Potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer and acetonitrile were mixed in the ratio 65:35 (v/v) respectively and degassed for about 10 minutes. Isocratic mode of chromatography technique was used. The flow rate was 1.5 mL/min and the eluents were monitored at 220 nm. The retention time of the Mepivacaine peak is about 1.6 minutes. The detector response is linear in the concentration of 10.060 to 30.180 mcg/mL, Y-intercept is -726.11468, Residual sum of square is 72329401.8155and slop is 54607.2822.The percentage assay of Mepivacaine is 99.9 %.
