Abstract
Employability of graduates engineer has become a major issue. Universities have been experiencing a decline in their graduate employment since the past decade. This issue can be tackle through proper understanding of all the process involved in academics.The passing out engineering graduate is the output of universities. At the time of admission students may be consider as the raw material. The roles of universities are to shape passing out engineering graduate as per market/industry requirement. Therefore it is a necessity to design all academics processes from admission to placement to enhance the employability. This paper focus on detailing of the academic processes involved from planning of admission test to post admission in universities. Abstract
The vertical farm is a world-changing innovation whose time has come. Imagine a world where every town has their own local food source, grown in the safest way possible, where no drop of water or particle of light is wasted. Smart farming makes a tremendous contribution for food sustainability for 21stcentury. The reason is that the environmental and water management affects plant growth directly.Vertical farming is considered as a modern tool for feeding large world population by year of 2050.Erecting a farm that is in close proximity to the people which it serves by availability of cheaper, organic, disease free crops alongside sustaining the limited natural resources. Abstract
Surveillance systems have become more important for everyone and everywhere for the purpose of security. Surveillance is close observation especially of a suspected. Proposed Intelligent surveillance system needs the use of both control system and information technologies to reduce the need of manpower in authorized area, which help users to view their authorized network area from anywhere by using internet and mobile devices. The Proposed Intelligent surveillance system can be controlled and operated from anywhere with the help of Internet of Things. The system can be used in school, College and Transport Buses especially to predict Eve Teasing against Women. The system uses the camera to capture images of the people those who are coming under the surveillance area and these images will be saved in the cloud for further investigation. Video streaming is also possible by using this system. The main important things in this simple low cost intelligent surveillance system are Raspberry pi and Pi camera. Abstract
Co-working space has grown rapidly around the world over the last 10 years. Co-working space is becoming increasingly popular as the informal creative industry is growing. These creative industry players tend to like dynamics and flexibility. Co-Working Space is an ideal place for growing Start-Ups in Indonesia, beginner entrepreneurs or growing SMEs, and the joint venue is the real entrepreneurial marketing. In Surabaya, the annual growth of office rent demand index is the most superior among the other cities. It shows that Surabaya has the growth of commercial property, especially the largest leased offices in terms of supply and demand among other major cities in Indonesia. This research identifies the preference of co-working space in Surabaya based on the interior of the room which is applied by grouping some co-working with a similar interior design. The data isthen analyzed by using data sorting method to know its preference. From the interim results of this study, co-working space users in Surabaya tend to use co-working with motivation to find work atmosphere that can support and prefer to choose co-working space with the minimalist style of Scandinavian�s interior design. The results of this research is useful for co-working developers in Surabaya to develop their business and for innovation for co-working development management. Abstract
A Time to digital converter is a device for recognizing events and providing a digital representation of the time they occurred. It is a device commonly used to measure a time interval and convert it into digital (binary) output. A Time-to-digital converter (TDC) is similar to an analog-to-digital converter (ADC), except that, instead of quantizing voltage or current, the TDC quantizes time intervals between two rising edges. It is originally developed for nuclear experiments to locate single-shot events, the TDC is now being used in many applications such as laser range finders, space science instruments, physical instruments, phase meters, high energy particle detectors, and measurement devices. Our proposed work is to implement mux based encoder for TIME TO DIGITAL CONVERTER (TDC) with bubble error correction using Xilinx software. An Overview of Catalytic Nature of Ferrite Nano-particles

Late uses of ferrite nanoparticles as catalyst in organic procedures are reviewed. Abstract
Today�s scenario is number of people on the earth are rapidly increasing and according to that the number of vehicles on the road is also increased. Therefore the problem of traffic management is arises specially for EMERGENCY Vehicles. The idea behind this paper is to implement a system which can easily control the traffic and helps for the emergency vehicles to reach at their destination. This scheme relies completely on automatic intelligent control. Here the goal is to reduce the latency of emergency vehicles with minimum or less disruption to regular traffic flow is possible. However there is still problem for an emergency vehicle to bypass near the traffic junction. The emergency vehicles could not be going as fast as it can. So to overcome that problem we have to find the new methods. Abstract
Finite impulse response (FIR) filter is one of the important components in any DSP and communication systems. Filter architecture contains many components; Two of the main components are adder and multiplier. Different types of adders and multipliers are available in the digital circuits, but need an efficient adder and multiplier design to design efficient filters. The existing adder is ripple carry adder and the existing multiplier is Wallace tree multiplier, both take more area and delay. To reduce the drawbacks in the existing system, the partial products generation and reduction needs a new efficient adder and multiplier named Reduced square root carry select (CSLA) adder and Bi-recoder multiplier respectively, is implemented. This modified adder and multiplier overcomes the existing drawbacks. It is implemented by verilog HDL. Then both adder and multiplier are compared with the existing adder and multiplier and the performance is analyzed. The design is implemented using Modelsim 6.3c and Xilinx ISE version 12.4. Finally the modified design is applied in the design of direct form FIR Filter and thus the efficient FIR Filter is obtained. Abstract
An Adaptive mododulation techniques is widely used in OFDM this technique cannot only improve the utilization efficiency of spectrum but also the bit error rate performance of system. Adaptive encoders and Adaptive decoder techniques are designed for OFDM system with the help of Convolutional Encoder/Adaptive Viterbi Decoder and Hamming Encoder/Hamming Decoder. Similarly, an adaptive modulation and demodulation techniques are designed for OFDM system with the help of QAM modulation and QPSK modulation. In this section, an adaptive OFDM has been designed by combining all adaptive techniques such as adaptive FFT, adaptive Encoders, adaptive Decoder, adaptive modulation and adaptive demodulation. Abstract
The beginning of the 21st century has brought about a change in energy demands where the consumer expects a more mobile form of energy. These energy demands can be for professional needs (electrical equipment), for remote locations (lack of existing infrastructures) and for leisure purposes. Each end-user wants a self-contained energy source adapted for the use and generation of electric power it is necessary to use Renewable Energy sources (RES). Hybrid renewable energy system (HRES) which contain PV cell and wind combined system is interconnected with grid which gives continuity of the supply and provides better quality of power to the consumer. This paper discussed the HRES for rural electrification and load estimation in rural area, component of hybrid system.
