- R.Madhava Perumal, A.J.Jeyaarthi, S.Premkumar, N.Mahamoodulhasan 10.29126/23951303/IJET-V4I2P11
Abstract
Projects are organized to accomplish complex tasks that cannot be handled by lone individuals but by multidisciplinary teams in the construction industry. Project success depends upon how well the personnel can work effectively to accomplish objectives within scope, cost and quality constraints. Project Managers and Engineers are entrusted with the task of integrating the disciplinary and the inter-organizational efforts under changing environment for successful accomplishment of the specified objectives. They operate independently of the normal organizational chain of command, with the sole aim of achieving the specified goals within the available resources. They assume total responsibilities and accountability for the success or failure of the project. Hence the need for performance management as a system for managing and integrating organizational and employee performance. In this thesis, the key indicators regarding the performance of engineers are found. For this purpose, data was collected by conducting the questionnaire survey among the engineers and managers in site and analyzed. The factors found are following safety rules, following quality guidelines, timely completion of work, concentrating on productivity, using latest technologies for work, maintaining a good relation with client/contractor, having a proper check on environment and involving in planning and procurement of materials. Abstract
Customer satisfaction is the lifeline for the growth of any organization. Now a days, basic concept of marketing is not selling the product to customers but it is to reach to the hearts of the customers so that they can feel a sense of belongingness with the organization. The organizations and individuals having right access to the right information at the right moment of time will be the one to survive. In spite of having ever growing data bases the problem is that the organizations fail to fully capitalize the true benefits which can be gained from this great wealth of information, as they are not able to extract valuable information from these huge data bases. The solution lies in the use of Data Mining tools for customer segmentation and profitability, marketing and customer relationship management. This paper throws light on the underlying technology and the perspective applications of data mining in customer relationship management. - SanjanaBaratam., Vaishnavi K., Varsha Roy., Nivethitha.K., 10.29126/23951303/IJET-V4I2P14
Abstract
A business process is a collection of linked tasks for which find their end in the delivery of a service or product to a client.A business process has also been defined as a set of activities and tasks that, once completed to achieve the defined business outcomes. It can be achieved by analyzing control flow, data flow, and resource perspectives. Nowadays customers expect organisations to be flexible and adapt the changes. Extreme variations in supply and demand, natural calamities, seasonal effects, disasters and so on, are forcing organizations to change their processes. The changes can be classified into two types: Sudden drifts and Gradual drifts. We detect the changes in business process by analysing event logs extracted from the systems that support the execution of the process. Event logs consists of sequence of labels which contains number of traces and it represents the execution of one activity. Keyword: Drifts, sudden drifts, gradual drifts, traces.× SanjanaBaratam, Vaishnavi K, Varsha Roy, Nivethitha.K,"Discovering Changes in Unpredictive Business Process" Volume 4 - Issue 2 ( 105 - 110 ) - March - April 2018, International Journal of Engineering and Techniques (IJET) , ISSN: 2395 - 1303 , www.ijetjournal.org × |

Abstract
Online Social Media portals play an influential role in information propagation which is considered as an important source for producers in their advertising campaigns as well as for customers in selecting products and services. In online social media user can share their reviews about products and services. Nowadays most of the peoples make decision to purchase products based on user reviews, positive reviews are encouraging to select product or service and negative reviews are discouraging to select product or service. In online social media any user can leave their comments as a review, it is tempting spammers to post negative comments on the product or service, this fake reviews mislead user opinion. These negative reviews spread over internet and it will change the user perception of good/bad product or service. So here we use review based model to detect spam reviews and user based model to detect spammers. Keyword: Review, Fake Review, Spammer, Online.× Saradha. R., Shanmathi. M. V., Vinodhini. P., V. - Vinmathi.M.S,Swetha.R,Varnikhaa.P,Varshni.J.P, 10.29126/23951303/IJET-V4I2P16
Abstract
A sensor cloud consists of various heterogeneous wireless sensor networks (WSNs).These WSNs may have different owners and run a wide variety of user applications on demand in a wireless communication medium. Hence, they are susceptible to various security attacks. Thus, a need exists to formulate effective and efficient security measures that safeguard these Applications impacted from attack in the sensor cloud. However, analyzing the impact of different attacks and their cause-consequence relationship is a prerequisite before security measures can be either developed or deployed. We propose a risk assessment framework for WSNs in a sensor cloud that utilizes database. Code dissemination is the process of propagating a new program image or relevant commands to sensor nodes through wireless links, after a wireless sensor network (WSN) is deployed.
