- Chuanghong Su, Wei Zhang, Tianhua Feng 10.29126/23951303/IJET-V4I1P81
Abstract
On bimodal emotion recognition based on speech signal and facial expression, a method is proposed to extract the corresponding image farme combining speech signal frame on the timeline. The method overcomes the problem which the key frame of static facial expressional image can’t be pinpointed as the recognized object on video. It is also use to combine nonlinear features of speech signal to conduct the study of emotional recognition. Firstly, linear and nonlinear features of the speech signal are extracted as the speech emotion feature. After pre-processing speech signal frames and adds window according to the overall frames of video, the mean of the absolute value of all framing signal sampling points’ amplitude is computed, and ten images, which correspond to ten largest absolute values of speech signal, can be selected. And then, ten images’ feature vectors are extracted and their mean is computed as last feature vector of facial expression of video. Finally, the support vector machine classifier is used to recognize emotion through feature-level fusion.Experiments show that the extracted facial features can better reflect the emotional state, and the recognition effect is achieved better though fusion of speech signal features. Abstract
The river flow can convert to electrical energy as the renewable-energy source. Indonesia is one of a country has many rivers; however, for now, river flow that used as renewable energy is very least. Therefore, researchers have designed floating portable micro-hydro that is easy to develop by conventional people or rural people. It also uses easily obtained of materials. The micro-hydro intended to use low-priced materials; however, low RPM(Radius per Minute) generator is still expensive because it imported from another country. The floating portable micro-hydro will have other several advantages. That is, ability to adjust to the water surface, enabled to move around, easy installation, and it is maintainable. We expected for common people could be motivated to develop maintainable simple micro-hydro. - Mr. S. Dhinakaran, Dr. J. Thirumaran 10.29126/23951303/IJET-V4I1P83
Abstract
Over the last twenty years, there has been a extensive growth in the amount of private data collected about individuals. This data comes from a number of sources including medical, financial, library, telephone, and shopping records. Such data can be integrated and analyzed digitally as it’s possible due to the rapid growth in database, networking, and computing technologies. On the one hand, this has led to the development of data mining tools that aim to infer useful trends from this data. But, on the other hand, easy access to personal data poses a threat to individual privacy. On the other hand privacy regulations and other privacy concerns may prevent data owners from sharing information for data analysis. In order to share data while preserving privacy data owner must come up with a solution which achieves the dual goal of privacy preservation as well as accurate clustering result. Some experimental results are presented which tries to finds the optimum value of segment size and quantization parameter which gives optimum in the tradeoff between clustering utility and data privacy in the input dataset. This research work protects the information about PWS applications that model user preferences as hierarchical user profiles. In this paper, proposes a PWS framework called UPS that can adaptively generalize profiles by queries while respecting user specified privacy requirements. It aims at providing protection against a typical model of privacy attack using the cryptography algorithm. Keyword: Privacy, Personalization, Web, Search, Cryptography, Algorithm.× Mr. S. Energy Minimization Method In Alkali Halides
- M Rekha Rani, B Srinivasa Rao 10.29126/23951303/IJET-V4I1P85
Abstract
In the present research work an attempt has been made to model and simulate the polarization mechanism around a complex defect lattice of ionic lattice -type by considering various parameters that constitute and describe the defect lattice. The present investigation reveals the polarization and its influence on binding energy of the ground state of a Rare Earth impurity Ba 2+ and cat ion vacancy defect complex in some ionic solids. For modeling and simulation the three body interaction potential and static simulation technique is used. The computed binding energy reveals that the phenomena of polarization around the defect complex is a responsible factor and governs the stability and ground state configuration of the defect complex. Also, many body interactions are found responsible to enhance the polarization of the complex and in turn to the larger binding energy of the defect complex, in comparison with the general two body potentials. Thus the present works stresses the significance of computer simulations for the study of defect crystal systems where the experimental investigations are difficult. - Kalyan Kumar Palaparthi, Dr. Shahnaz Bathul 10.29126/23951303/IJET-V4I1P86
Abstract
The Laminar flow of Oldroyd-B Fluid fluid due to torisional oscillations of a sphere has been studied. Expression for the velocity and the torque on the sphere have been found. The presence of elasticity in the fluid reduces the virtual mass of the sphere and the magnitude of the damping force acting on it. - S.Ajaya Kumar, Dr.A.Prabhu Kumar, Dr.B.Balu Naik 10.29126/23951303/IJET-V4I1P87
Abstract
Electrical discharge machining is a thermal erosion process which is based on thermoelectric energy between the work piece and electrode. Its capability of machining in hard and difficult to cut materials has made it most popular. materials EN24,H13,SS316 are taken into wire EDM machining process. In the present study, the performance parameters i.e. cutting speed and surface roughness and circularity were investigated. The experiments were conducted under the constant cutting parameters of TON, TOFF, WP, WF, WT, SV. In the present study, copper wire having diameter 0.25mm was used as wire electrode. It has been observed that the surface roughness and roundness error of the WEDT components are influenced by the occurrence of arc regions, width of arc and normal discharge regions and average ignition delay time. Data Analysis Regression with CSR Files in Data Science
- Kotadi Chinnaiah, Akash Saxena 10.29126/23951303/IJET-V4I1P88
Abstract
Statistics is an important part in big data because many statistical methods are used for big data analysis. The aim of statistics is to estimate population using the sample extracted from the population, so statistics is to analyze not the population but the sample. But in big data environment, we can get the big data set closed to the population by the advanced computing systems such as cloud computing and high-speed internet. According to the circumstances, we can analyze entire part of big data like the population of statistics. But we may be impossible to analyze the entire data because of its huge data volume. So, in this paper, we propose a new analytical methodology for big data analysis in regression problem for reducing the computing burden. We call this a divided regression analysis. To verify the performance of our divided regression model, we carry out experiment and simulation. A Robust Synthesis for Distance Machine Learning Based Image Retrieval in Real Time Applications
- Sravan Kumar Vulchi 10.29126/23951303/IJET-V4I1P89
Abstract
Distance Machine Learning (DML) is a basic strategy to improve comparability look in content-based picture recuperation. Notwithstanding being thought about broadly, most existing DML approaches ordinarily receive a solitary model learning framework that takes in the partition metric on either a solitary segment composes or a solidified component space where different sorts of highlights are simply associated. Such single-modular DML systems experience the ill effects of some fundamental confinements: (I) some sort of highlights may basically administer the others in the DML assignment due to arranged segment depictions; and (ii) taking in a separation metric on the united high-dimensional component space can be extraordinarily repetitive using the gullible element association approach. To address these constraints, in this paper, we look into a novel arrangement of online multi-modular partition metric learning (OMDML), which examines a united two-level electronic learning design: (I) it makes sense of how to propel a separation metric on each individual component space; and (ii) by then it makes sense of how to find the perfect blend of varying sorts of features. To moreover diminish the cost of DML on high-dimensional segment space, we propose a low-rank OMDML estimation which essentially reduces the computational cost and also holds better learning exactness. We lead analyses to survey the execution of the proposed estimations for multi-modular picture recuperation, in which engaging results favor the viability of the proposed strategy.
