- Galal Ali Hassaan
Abstract
This paper is the 38th research paper in a series investigating the evolution of mechanical engineering in ancient Egypt. It tries to achieve this purpose through investigating the production of ancient Egyptians non-stone, non-wooden statues during the era from Predynastic to Late Period. Each stone statue is presented chronically with present location if known and with engineering analysis showing its creativity. The presentation is classified according to the material used in producing the statues. Optimizing Cost for Online Social Networks on GEO-Distributed Clouds
- Ms.T.Divyabharathi ,Ms.R.Arunadevi
Abstract
Geo-distributed clouds provide an intriguing platform to deploy online social network (OSN) services. To leverage the potential of clouds, a major concern of OSN providers is optimizing the monetary cost spent in using cloud resources while considering other important requirements, including providing satisfactory quality of service (QoS) and data availability to OSN users. In this paper, we study the problem of cost optimization for the dynamic OSN on multiple geo-distributed clouds over consecutive time periods while meeting predefined QoS and data availability requirements. We model the cost, the QoS, as well as the data availability of the OSN, formulate the problem, and design an algorithm named. We carry out extensive experiments with a large-scale real-world Twitter trace over 10 geo-distributed clouds all across the US. Our results show that, while always ensuring the QoS and the data availability as required, can reduce much more one-time cost than the state-of-the-art methods, and it can also significantly reduce the accumulative cost when continuously evaluated over 48 months, with OSN dynamics comparable to real-world cases. A review: Area, Power and Delay Efficient Multipliers
- Ms. Namrata Dangat
Abstract
Multipliers play an important role in todays digital signal processing (DSP) and various other applications. Multiplication is the most time consuming process in various signal processing operations like convolution, circular convolution, auto-correlation and cross-correlation. With advances in technology, many researchers have tried and are trying to design multipliers which offer either of the following- high speed, low power consumption, regularity of layout and hence less area or even combination of them in multiplier. However area and speed are two conflicting constraints. So improving speed results always in larger areas. So here we try to find out the best trade off solution among the both of them. To have features like high speed and low power consumption multipliers several algorithms have been introduced .In this paper,we describes Multipliers by using various algorithm in VLSI technology. Video Surveillance System
- Ms.Ayeesha.S , Mrs.Vaneeshwari.V
Abstract
This is an innovative approach to video surveillance system project. Normally the people find video camera’s in banks and other organization that continuously record and save the recorded video footage for days or months. This utilizes a lot of battery life and storage capacity to store this large video footage. Well this video surveillance system is an enhanced version of organization security that continuously monitors but only records unusual changes in the organization. These unusual changes may include theft detection or fire detection in offices. It may also include rodent detection in bakeries or restaurants after closing. As soon as the system catches any unusual activity it takes steps and informs the user by:Sending a sms to the user about an unusual activity. Sending an image of the activity to the users Email so that he may check the problem seriousness and react accordingly . A survey Paper on Decision Supporting System for Stock Market Price Prediction
- Dhanashri Nalawade, Piyusha Rane , Damini Baravkar, Ruchi Dhawale, Jyoti Raghatwan
Abstract
The usage of Neural network s has determined a variegated area of packages in the present world. This has caused the improvement of various fashions for economic markets and funding. This paper represents the idea the way to predict share market fee the use of artificial Neural community with a given enter parameters of share marketplace. The proportion marketplace is dynamic in nature approach to expect percentage fee could be very complex method by using trendy prediction or computation method. Its predominant motive is that there is no linear relationship between market parameters and target last price. Since there is no linear relationship between input patterns and corresponding output patterns, so use of neural network is a desire of hobby for share market prediction Keyword: Share, Sensex, Inventory market, Prediction, Past data. × Dhanashri Nalawade, Piyusha Rane , Damini Baravkar, Ruchi Dhawale, Jyoti Raghatwan"A survey Paper on Decision Supporting System for Stock Market Price Prediction " Vol. 3 - Issue 1 (Jan - Feb 2017), International Journal of Engineering and Techniques (IJET) , ISSN: 2395 - 1303 , www.ijetjournal.org × |

SPYDROID
- Ms.Nandhini.P , Ms.Selvakumari.S
Abstract
The project entitled “Spydroid†is, essentially, software that allows parents to monitor the child's cell phone. All incoming and outgoing calls, texts and multimedia messages can be seen and interrupted by the parents, who can also monitor where the children are (through GPS), access a history of where the parent have been and set up alerts if the children are going outside of approved geographical zones, are receiving texts from unapproved numbers or calls from banned persons. This system uses Android based mobile phones for the software to be run. The mobile device in the hand of the children should be an Android based device and the parents may have any kind mobile devices, since the parents are going to receive alerts from the children in SMS format only. For convenience, the alerts are also stored in the centralized server like the details of incoming call, text and multimedia messages and the timely location update of their children. Parents may later login into the centralized server and view the details of the child’s mobile usage. This system is really very helpful for the parents to monitor the children through mobile phones. By using this system, the parents can avoid the unnecessary things happened for the children those who are having mobile phones by monitoring the mobile phone usage and also by tracking the children’s current location through the GPS. Abstract
Different kidney diseases affect different part of kidney. For example, kidney tumor usually occurs in renal cortex, renal column hypertrophy may exist in renal column, medullary cystic kidney disease usually exists in renal medulla, and transitional cell cancer, renal pelvis and ureter cancer may attack renal pelvis To propose automatically segment kidney and detect disease occurs in kidney.Random forest and modified active appearance model can performed in this project. Improving the properties of black cotton soil using Terrazyme as a admixture
- Suresh.T, Balakrishna.Y, Nitesh.K
Abstract
Bio-enzyme is a natural, non toxic, non flammable, non-corrosive liquid enzyme formulation fermented from vegetable extracts that improves the engineering qualities of soil, facilitates higher soil compaction densities and increases stability. Enzyme catalyze the reactions between the clay and the organic cat-ions and accelerate the cat-ionic exchange process to reduce adsorbed layer thickness. For other types of chemical stabilization, chemicals are mixed with soil, which is difficult to mix thoroughly, but bio-enzyme is easy to use as it can be mixed with water at optimum moisture content and then it is sprayed over soil and compacted. Recently many Bio-enzymes have emerged as cost effective stabilizers for soil stabilization. One such bio-enzyme, Terrazyme, has been used in the present work to study its effect on the CBR value of the Black Cotton soil. The tests conducted in this project are specific gravity, plastic limit, liquid limit, CBR and standard proctor test. In this project, local soil was mixed with Terrazyme with different dosages i.e. 0.25 ml per 100 ml of water, 0.50 ml per 100 ml of water, 0.75 ml per 100 ml of water, and 1 ml per 100 ml of water was mixed subjected to various tests as mentioned. All the testing programs have given optimum value at 0.5 ml terrazyme per 100ml of water. The pavement thickness values reduced by improving the sub grade strength (CBR value). The cost analysis done for this project by using CBR values of the experiments with the reference of pavement design catalogue MORD specification table. The pavement construction value is reduced 30% of the total cost with the help of my laboratory testing results. .
